Vroam DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026 Effective date: August 3, 2026
JXB Works LLC (“Vroam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the Vroam app and vroam.io (the “Service”) to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement and describes our procedures under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512.
1. Reporting copyright infringement (takedown notice)
If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (Section 4) that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it (for example, the community pin name, username, description, and any screenshot or link).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Send the notice to the Designated Agent below. Please note: under Section 512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
2. What we do with a valid notice
On receiving a notice that substantially complies with Section 1, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material, and we will make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted it, forwarding a copy of the notice.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district of your address (or, if outside the US, the district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days after we forward the counter-notice to the original complainant, unless that complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
4. Designated Agent
Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to:
Jeffrey Berry, Designated DMCA Agent JXB Works LLC (Vroam) 15657 N Hayden Rd #1171, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, USA Phone: +1 (480) 404-4847 Email: support@vroam.io
We may not respond to notices that do not comply with the requirements above.
5. Repeat-infringer policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we may remove infringing content and take other action consistent with these procedures and our Terms of Use.
6. Other intellectual-property complaints
For trademark or other intellectual-property concerns that are not copyright, contact support@vroam.io with a description of the issue and the material at issue.
